The City of South Miami's Go Green Initiative promotes and encourages environmental responsibility in our community.

The City has launched a monumental green initiative, the Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) program, that enables property owners to borrow money to buy solar panels, wind generators, insulation or shutters for their homes. The Green Corridor consists of the following municipalities: South Miami, Coral Gables, Palmetto Bay, Pinecrest, and Cutler Bay.

The Portland Bureau of Planning and Sustainability (BPS) develops creative and practical solutions to enhance Portland’s livability, preserve distinctive places and plan for a resilient future.

We regularly meet for group discussions, movies, picnics, and other group activities to support each other and to raise public awareness.

Our purpose is to "Educate, Connect, Inspire."

- Educate each other and the public about environmental issues
- Connect like-minded people, foster networking, mutual support, and information exchange
- Inspire eco-conscious and holistic living

We are residents of Miami who are interested in the environment and ensuring that our civilization functions as environmentally friendly as possible.

If you feel passionate about protecting our environment and making sure there is a clean future for us and future generations, this meetup is for you!

We meet about every two weeks (attendance not obligatory) to discuss what we can do on an individual and also on a group level to help Miami stay environmentally conscious.

Our mission at Engineers for a Sustainable World-Denver (ESW-Denver) is to create a strong local network of problem solvers and engineers who collaborate on innovative solutions for our city’s sustainability challenges.

Donate Don't Dump is a teen run non-profit determined to stop commercial food waste, promote good nutrition, and public health.

We encourage grocery stores, growers, and food companies to donate their surplus food, not dump it. We engage, empower, and inspire youth to promote public health initiatives to build healthier communities.

Our mission is to rescue surplus food, help the hungry, and promote public health through education and peer-to-peer advocacy.
