The Chicago Community Trust is a charitable organization dedicated to improving our region through strategic grant-making, civic engagement and inspiring philanthropy.
The Trust awards grants for general operating support and responsive grants to address specific community needs or opportunities.
Among other initiatives, we support efforts to create an environment of clean air, water and land, an accessible and high-quality built environment of affordable housing, multi-modal transportation systems and full-service communities.
We serve the nonprofit organizations, generous donors and thoughtful residents who strive to make a difference. We work with a number of partnerships and initiatives to accomplish this work.
Working together, we leverage collective knowledge, creativity and resources for a greater impact than any of us can make alone.
