We at Scraps specialize in collecting food scraps for composting from residential buildings and businesses in the Mile High City. We make sure even those in multi-family buildings can conveniently compost - and we do it with pedal power.
Because Denver's limited existing composting programs don't offer services to buildings with more than seven units, we’re here to fill the gap.
We provide individualized pickups and programs for our members that are based on their unique building, property management, and/or HOA needs. Plus, we keep our members educated, informed, incentivized, and energized about composting.
As a result, we're keeping tons and tons of organic waste out of the landfill, helping return food to the soil, and adding to the local economy without adding greenhouse gas emissions to the air.
We also service single-family homes, town homes, and other types of residences who can’t compost through the city’s programs, as well as restaurants and other small businesses.
