Highline Crossing – An energy-efficient cohousing community

As a cohousing community, Highline Crossing is devoted to the principles of shared decision-making, community participation, and living conscientiously with our planet. We have 40 energy-efficient homes in Littleton, CO, and our community combines the best features of urban living with an old-fashioned sense of neighborhood.

We hold community meals once or twice a week in the Common House, a great way to feel connected with neighbors and friends while sharing in the important sustenance of good food.

In addition to community meals, we enjoy many other activities together throughout the year, including Oktoberfest, St. Patrick's Day, and Christmas Eve celebrations; Memorial Day and Fourth of July picnics; and book clubs, bridge tournaments, and impromptu get-togethers.

We have vegetable and flower gardens, a spectacular view of the Colorado Rocky Mountains, and our community is located along the Highline Canal, one of the Denver area's finest outdoor resources.

All community members participate in maintenance and decision-making, and we have required work days each quarter to help maintain our common property.

If you're interested in living in harmony with people and our planet, please get in touch.
