Tropical Audubon Society - Fighting for South Florida's natural ecosystems!

Tropical Audubon Society (TAS) is an environmental organization that endeavors to conserve and restore natural South Florida ecosystems, focusing on wildlife and its habitats, through advocacy and education for the benefit of biological diversity and humanity itself.

We offer a diverse lineup of outings and programs including bird, butterfly and plant trips. With few exceptions, our events are free and open to the public. They are designed to educate, entertain and to better acquaint our members and area residents with the idyllic bastion of wild and historic Florida that we steward.

Become a member of TAS today and get our membership benefits, such as: regular birding and nature trips, early entry to free TAS events, discounts for our kayak trips and sales, hands-on environmental projects and much more!

Check out our blog for important discussions on the latest conservation issues facing South Florida. Sign up for our e-newsletter for weekly action alerts, field trips and events.
