Melanie Dawn began her real estate career in commercial property management, investment and redevelopment. She then worked for a real estate title attorney before making the transition back into full time residential sales.
One of her specialties is “green” building, and she is excited that Downtown Miami is incorporating so many environmental sustainability initiatives into the city’s growing infrastructure. Melanie is an accredited LEED Green Associate, Certified EcoBroker, and a member of the U.S. Green Building Council – South Florida chapter among her many green certifications and affiliations.
