We bring together diverse agencies to complete complex land deals and achieve common goals. We also have an excellent track record of obtaining funding from government programs, foundations and private donors to protect multi-million-dollar conservation projects. Our success stems from our professional team being creative, agile, and results-driven.
We are one of only four accredited land trusts in all of Florida. We specialize in conservation easements that protect natural and agricultural values while keeping land in private ownership. We also partner with agencies to purchase land that provides numerous benefits.
Our work creates, expands and links conservation lands. We focus on projects that provide habitat for the survival of Florida’s iconic species, recharge drinking water or benefit other hydrologic functions, offer outdoor recreation, and other community benefits. We also help landowners with working ranches, farms and timberlands to keep their land in production for generations to come.
We work statewide to serve communities that are not served or are underserved by local land conservation organizations.
