Bootstrap Kombucha

To achieve the perfect balance of flavor and effervescence, as well as to ensure freshness, at Bootstrap we brew our kombucha slowly and in small batches at our brewery and tasting room in San Diego using the highest-quality natural and organic ingredients. We go to great lengths, in every detail of the brewing process, to produce authentic kombucha.

We brew three distinct varieties of Kombucha: Black Tea Blend, Oak Aged, & Green Tea Blend.

We use our own special custom-made water filtration system that removes only the heavy metals, chlorine, and fluoride, yet retains the minerals naturally found in all water that are needed for healthy kombucha brewing. Additionally, we only serve and store our kombucha in environmentally-friendly stainless steel kegs rather than single-use disposable plastic kegs that leach chemicals into the kombucha and ultimately end up in landfills.

At Bootstrap, we never use extracts, syrups, artificial flavors, or added extra sugar after fermentation.
