Support from the San Diego Sustainable Landscapes Program

The San Diego Sustainable Landscapes Program is the go-to resource to assist San Diego County residents in adopting sustainable landscaping best practices through education and training, technical assistance, landscaping materials and financial incentives.

We offer a variety of education and training opportunities for homeowners and professionals. These range from 3-hour introductory workshops to a comprehensive four-class series. All training opportunities align with our Sustainable Landscape Guidelines.

In addition to educational resources and financial incentives, the SLP partners provide technical assistance in the form of site inspections, base plan development and professional design coaching, with services varying depending on the provider.
